Friend just bough one of the light weight Samsung X05 laptops. I think they
are ending the range but you can pick them up at all sorts of random prices
new - PC World £800 and Dabs had them for £730. Also I hve seen them on ebay
for about £650 second hand. If you are going to be carrying one about all
the time then I think they are worth but if you need a bit more grunt then
you will have to look for a laptop with a bigger processor as they only have
the centrino 1.4-1.6 processor but the battery life is good and has a nice
design
