FN-FORUM: Letting agency database

I have a client that needs a residential property letting database. There
are programs available that allow reminders to be set about the usual
landlord requirements such as giving notice and renewing gas safety
certificates etc. Has anyone developed one that could be purchased? Or is
anyone interested in quoting for the same? Something like
http://www.letsafe.net but with less features. The company has 3000+/-
properties to let
