My Acer Aspire was the biggest piece of crappy hassle £1500 could buy.

DVD-RAM drive jammed after less than 2 months, Acer repair center sent
it back cracked open, damaged, missing hard disk, etc.

Took me 3 months to get something usable but still cosmetically damaged
back. Now the hinges around the screen are starting to come open.


So... be careful ;)
