FN-FORUM: Weird phone call

Someone just phoned me and said, "Hello, this is Sue, I'm just doing a mail
shot for the directors..." I interrupted and asked her "Sue who?" as I
really can't think of any companies I'm currently dealing with who have
secretaries called Sue, or who wouldn't say their surnames or company names.
The woman then said, "That's a bit rude, just forget it" and slammed the
phone down...

Que????

I'm now racking my brains to trying to think of anyone called Sue who might
be expecting assistance with a Word mailshot.
