No doubt I'm boring u all but here goes ... I’ve been up to Tottenham Court
Road today and am going back tomorrow to make my purchase. I’ve seen
countless machines but will probably go for this one ...

Centrino 1.4 Ghz, 256 DDR RAM, 30 Gb HD, 14.1”, XP Pro

I hadn’t heard of the make before but on-line reviews look good. I’d also
never heard of Cetrino before but apparently they’re a specific technology
for mobile notebooks. They have Wi-fi built in (think all Centrino machines
do??) and it also has an Ethernet card which would suit me. My home PC is
fairly new so I’m just looking for something I can take around with me (i.e.
not use as my main machine). Has anyone used this model or have any horror
stories about BenQ before I spend my hard earned cash?
