Gammon and pineapple on the menu! Are we in a time warp? I did know
that bangers and mash had become trendy, probably 'cos it reminds
those well off types of happy days at boarding school. Pah, I've had
home made sundried tomato bread and salad for my lunch...

As for your question, I'd agree that a simple CMS would be the
simplest route long term, but I'd get someone who understands php to
do it, wouldn't I Aaron ;-)
