Yes.. I can't remember the location of the docs, but he'll have to pay
VAT and Import Duty (I think that's 4% on top of the VAT+purchase
price). If he's registered for VAT then I think that element can be
reclaimed, but not the import duty.

E&OE, IMHO, YMMV etc etc :)
