er - couple of comments - though I'm sure you are aware...

* Where you have indicated alt-letter in the title on links,
unfortunately Mac uses control, not alt to trigger the access keys
within the page (this could be an advantage in that they will never
clash with application short-cuts on the Mac) - However it will be
consistently the case, so you could probably expect a Mac user to know
this?

* Perhaps more serious, considering target audience, some important
parts of the design break if the user increases the text size.
