always follow up an e-commerce site launch with a real-world marketing
campaign -
i.e. flyers, mailshot, brochures, with web address plastered all over
stationery etc. etc.
whatever works best for your clients business.
one of my clients had their web address sign written across the side of
their company vehicles in huge contrasting letters.
you may think they look like pillocks when driving around - but they
have had *loads* of enquiries from the website due to it...

personally, i think paypal look a bit cheap.. worldpay are good but
ask a big %

i've heard Barclays do some good deals for online payment processing.
much better than worldpay - (about 2% cheaper i think) go ask 'em!
