Find a free bayesian/spam assassin based proxy or plugin for your mail
client and don't pay a penny.
I have Spam Assassin on my mailserver, and a plugin called BayesIT on
my email client, and I only have to manually delete 4 or 5 spams a
day (down from about 200 a day a year or two ago).
