FN-FORUM: Language DLL

Is there a potential problem installing a french program on my Win2000 box?
I have heard that its possible for language DLL’s to cause problems in older
systems than XP - but thought i'd check here first

Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free - but these days trust nothing, if
there is an attachment and I havnt mentioned it then dont open it!.
