Definitely. I have also physically gone on shopping trips with clients
3 or 4 times now, numerous times I have handled the spec'ing and
ordering of hardware and software and several times interceded on the
client's behalf in dealing with repair departments. My business is
totally client focused - I do not do 'deals' with resellers or accept
commissions though I do place repeat business with those who have
proven themselves as a reliable supplier.
