FN-FORUM: [OT AGAIN] Graphics cards and doom 3

Hello Folks

I'm fancying buying doom 3 - but thinking my graphics card (a geforce 2)
is a bit past it.

Could any of you hardware clever types recommend me a semi-affordable
card that'll do the job nicely?

(I have an AMD Athlon XP 2000+ with bobloads of ram, if that affects
things. Realise not the fastest thing in the world, but should be
enough to cope if the card is good.)
