I was involved with a short-run (250 copies) booklet project earlier=20
this year.
We looked at three ways of going about it:
1. A "proper" print-run.
2. Short-run professional digital printing
3. DIY.

More than 250 copies you definitely want to do it "properly".
Less than 200 copies you definitely want one of the others.

Suggest you look at www.rcs.plc.uk for costing on 1 & 2;=20
DIY with an A4 colour laser is now quite affordable, if time-consuming.

FWIW we ended up with an A3 full-duplex colour laser that is now mostly=20
idle, so if anybody wants some A3 colour printing done...
