Do you need to fix the perspective? If so, open in photoshop, crop tool,
tick perspective, and then crop along the building outlines, sometimes
you need to stretch it a bit (vertically),

It's an invoice requirement in Germany that you need a VAT number
doesn't matter from where AFAIK, not sure of the exact details but with
