FN-FORUM: PC synching software

I've been working on a laptop for the last few months and I moved most
of the stuff from my PC onto it before I started.

However, I don't think I moved absolutely everything as it was only
going to be temporary. Now it's going to become permanent and the PC
will be used for other things, so I'm looking for some software that
can look at both machines and keep the newest versions of things and
highlight anything that's not on the laptop that is on the PC.

Anyone have any recommendations?
