Funnily enough I've been looking for similar things recently too.

Been using Second Copy 2000 with success but when it copies my data drive it
maxes out the processor - always happens at the wrong time ;>

You could potentially use the Offline Files facility in XP (replaced the old
briefcase IIRC) but I don't know how successful this could be.

Any other recommendations gratefully received!
