I'm not trying to be pedantic (comes natur..err) but if you're just
talking about files, and your data files (docs / music / images etc) at
that, then the world's your oyster. If you mean registry values, system
files, bookmarks etc it's a bit trickier.
Assuming just the files though, I recommend filesync. It's shareware and
rather cool.
