Nothing if you win, part from faxes and stamps! But you have to pay the
court fee (http://www.courtservice.gov.uk/using_courts/fees/index.htm)
upfront. http://www.courtservice.gov.uk/cms/3610.htm NI is the form you have
to fill in (but you can get it from the local court service)

Takes ages. Don't forget to calculate the interest and debt collection fee
amount first - go to payontime to check.
Sometimes telling the client that you are about to send in an NI gets you
paid.
