Theres bazillions out there that are pure JavaScript, but I think the
one I used on my own site is quite nice - it's JS + CSS, and degrades
nicely if JS is turned off (it simply opens up fully).. Feel free to
borrow the code from http://www.mind-design.co.uk - I took it from a
tutorial site in the first place (though which one it was escapes me
right now)
