Hi Debi

Why can't you charge for the changes you have made? Any design work whether
it's for web or print is charged either per hour or per job. Any A & C's
done further to that should be charged as an extra. The Clients should know
that, seems to me that they are not acting totally professionally. Also
before you went in to make the changes did they confirm that by email or
letter? If they had of sent such a correspondance confirming the changes
then you would of had proof that they asked for them. But oh well never
mind, I have had similar things happen to me too, I'm sure we all have at
