Debi, I've had a very similar thing happen today. Client wants the
whole menu sytem changing half way through the site build.
Unfortunately I only had a verbal 'sign off' of the templates ;-(

I very nearly told them where to shove the whole sorry project this
morning, and refused to speak to them in case I said something I might
later regret. I've calmed down now, but it's cost me hundreds in lost
time...
