FN-FORUM: ASP [SQL] Developer / Trainer

I apologize in advance if this is not the correct forum for this posting.

I have an unusual position/requirement but in every way a serious and
immediate one.

After a number of false starts and bad experiences with in-experienced
programmers/developers we now believe the best way to proceed is to request
our immediate requirement for an ASP [ java script & SQL server ] developer
to train our Senior Administrator how to create and further develop our own
websites.

Willing to pay on an hourly basis and ideally the Developer/Trainer would be
UK based and able to locate to us a number of times each week in the
Berkshire area.

Alternatively we are willing to relocate the administrator in any location
worldwide to achieve this task.

The developer would of course need to tools and software to demonstrate the
ASP processes etc...

Payment by the hour cash.

I foresee this being a long-term on-going requirement on our part.

Open to suggestions.
