FN-FORUM: ltd company + running a van

Hi all,

a bit off topic, but does anyone know about runninga company van as opposed
to a company car from a ltd's point of view? Can a ltd company buy the van
and pay for its tax, insurance, mot, fuel etc and then the employee or
director pay a small amont of tax on it?
