FN-FORUM ICS troubles on a Network

Hello all,
I've set up my network, that's fine. However, I'm having trouble sorting
ICS.=20

In the properties of my ADSL modem I have turned on ICS, enabled
on-demand dialing and TCP/IP is set to 'Obtain an IP address
automatically' (changing the latter messes up connecting to the
internet).

So I go to the other computer and can't connect.

The frustrating thing is I've set this up before and got it working but
I can not remember how I did it. If I remember last time I solved it
totally by accident!

Can anybody assist, please?
