If then computers can communicate, you probably just need to set the
gateway on the machine without the modem to the LAN IP of the machine
with the modem.
Don't forget to set the DNS server addresses, too. You most likely
obtain them from your ISP, and they are shown in ipconfig (Run -> "cmd"
-> "ipconfig")
