Any illustrators on the forum?

I need a quote for the following. I don't have the job yet, its just at
quote stage.

I have a prospective client who are into lighting, not just bog
standard stuff, we're talking remote control, automated lighting that
comes on when your Bang & Olufson stereo does along with the electric
garage! They deal with architects and property developers as well as
end users.

They require some kind of illustration for an exhibition board which
resembles a 'house cut in half' so various arrows and descriptions can
be put on to describe and illustrate the lighting effects.
