Hi,

I think I will have to give up on the beetroot idea - though I have
included a photo of a field of beetroot plants on the site, but far
too subtle for anyone to notice.

If I decide to give it another go, I like Kathys idea of a seed packet
- but that may not give the quality/resolution I need.
