FN-FORUM: Silly T'bird rules Q

I've set up a rule so that when messages from certain email addresses
are received, they are labeled.

This rule only works when I 'Run filters on folder' manually after
receiving mail from these addresses.

In the order of rules, I have it at the end, but the previous rules are
fulfilled and this one ignored (unless I do as above).

What am I doing wrong?

Confused of Newcastle :-\
