Normal hourly rate plus expenses plus preparation time. You're going
in there prepared and that takes time. Some people bill according to
the number of people they're training, though I'ver never done that.

This is your own CMS, right? You need to consider in all this that the
price you're asking for the software covers the development only.
You're throwing in documentation for free (some people charge for
this)
