FN-FORUM: Company Contacts; Big Cheeses??

Hello Chaps and Chapesses,

Was wondering whether any of you had a good resource for finding contact
info for the big cheeses (at least bigger than the poor sods on the call
centres) for uk companies?



My boyfriend moved in with me two months ago, and I have completely
re-painted and re-carpeted what was my sisters' old room for us to move
into. All is well, and smells nice...but the final thing we need for me to
move my stuff in from my old room, and he to move his stuff in from his old
house, is a set of shelves ordered from Index.

They are lovely shelves, and not too badly priced, and pretty; but I ordered
them on the 14th of November, and I am still waiting for the order to be
completed. I have phoned at least five times in the last couple of weeks,
and each time I am told they will be delivered on "Monday", "Friday", "Next
week"..and I am getting pretty sick of it. And; as is my wont, I wish to
send my ire out into the corporate world of the managers. After all, they
have had my hard-earned money for the last three weeks, and the girl
(Friday's call) telling me that "this kind of thing always happens at this
time of year" does not fill me with gladness.

Anybody know how to get hold of the suits in a situation like this?
