Seriously though. Tired of this kind of crap. The Index Saga is just one in
a long line of sagas I have dealt with in the past couple of years. I
remember, when I lived in Africa ;), me old mum telling me how great British
business was and how crap SA business was in comparison. I thought, when I
got here, I'd be in the place where businesses come to die; but it appears
as though the UK has gone off on holiday and left its values behind as far
as business is concerned.
I hate phoning the customer service lines (even if they are in the UK),
because I know the poor grunt at the other end is just trying to earn a
living on minimum wage (or below!) and I can't take my ire out on
her/him/vishna ;). Never mind the Kryton bots who direct one to the poor
grunts in the first place. Richard may be right. Blog it. It's probably the
only way.
