ach - don't let the small stuff get you down - and remember it's all
small stuff!

the quake disaster is terrible - but at the same time a perfectly
natural thing in the life of our planet. and something that should
make us remember that we are merely guests on this rock.

what needs to happen now is for people to learn from the tragedy and
build a new future.

i think complacency is the killer here.

what was more shocking to me was the fact that 29 policemen got blown
up in a booby trapped house in Iraq the day after the tragedy. that
even though we are reminded of our frailty, people are still squabbling
and killing each other over small scraps of land.

so frankly, i think the human race deserves all it gets if we don't
listen to the wake up calls.
