Don't use IE (and if I did - it would be the Mac version so probably
not relevant). Problem I have (using Safari) is the first time I go
in, I get a red box containing the text 'loading' against a white page
which hangs there until I click reload then all's well.

Also I notice 'conversations' sometimes get split in chunks but that
might be other posters' mail clients doing something odd with the
subject line.
