Do you mean Usenet news? I've just started using Teranews, which has a
nominal fee for signing up if you only want 50Mb a day of news, which is
more than enough for me as I want it for non-binaries stuff.

If you want a good feed for binaries, there are services on offer that
cater more directly for that (none free), but I believe all the good
stuff is more easily got through BitTorrent these days anyway.
