No Error showing, just doesn't delete it from the table.

No mysqlclient program installed on my MS hosting package. if there were I
guess I'd need to be admin too!. Can't call mysqladmin from the dos prompt
but i don't suppose I've got that either on your windows hosting a/c.

Grr! I hate clients! :)
