Make sure you have at least sp1 on XP, GOLD doesn't work properly with third
party DHCP servers - also check for spyware and viruses. Check also for
rogue lmhosts and hosts files. Make sure there are no manual DNS settings
on anything. Run ipconfig /all on all PCs to see what is actually
happening. Make sure NAT, PAT or whatever is setup correctly on the Netgear.

Might be a master browser issue. What OS on the other PCs?

If that doesn't solve it, try something like Ethereal to see what traffic
there is and what it is doing.
