FN-FORUM: Upload script

Does anybody know of a script I can use to tell a user how much of the file
they are uploading has been transferred. I know someone told me that there
wa a script in Perl that could do this but I am using ASP.NET / C# and was
wondering if anyone has any idea how I could do this. It is basically to
stop a blank screen when uploading large files. I have used a graphic pop up
box telling the user that the file is uploading but it would be more elegant
if I could actually tell them something about their upload speed and how
much has been completed etc.
