Netgear works fine if other PC's are disconnected with 1, 2 or 3 PC's

Others are all XP (apart from one old Win98 which is off most of the time)

Will do. Suspicion is also on MSN Beta which is running on at least
one of the kids PC's. Any clues how to use Ethereal? Any links most
welcome as I feel I need to look into the protocol side to resolve the
problem.
