Just looks at the Xandros website, they make it look quite appealing
by not branding it as a new OS rather than putting any emphesis on
Linux. It says you can download the 'Open Circulation' version for
free from BitTorrent, or pay $10 (for bandwidth) to download it over
HTTP. I don't think there is any rule about not charging for Linux.
Seems reasonable if they are going to pay for licences (for mp3 etc).
I'm not sure about the differences between the versions though.
