Not sure I agree with that - lurking is perfectly acceptable behaviour
IMHO, particularly to be encouraged when first joining a list to learn
style and etiquette. If we make all members contribute the signal to
noise ratio will suffer.

That's my signal, now my noise:

Cool, like "whack a mole"? In HTML mail we could make the unsubscribe
link move when moused over :)
