I would imagine that so long as they go the tax they felt was due, then
they would be happy.
As far as my trading name goes. I just opened a bank account in that
name,
and then on my tax return I fill in the Self Employed section where it
asks for the Trading name.
So I cant see any problems so long as he declares what he gets.
