Go home, the boss sounds like an understanding chap or chapette.

Ok, you could try working through the pain, but then your brain cant
concentrate on releaving the pain or fixing the problem, you'll recover
quicker if you just relax.

As for pain killers, go and get some solphadine max (take two) (contain
the full amount of paracetamol and codine) get some 400mg Ibuprofen
(take one) and take two pure aspirin tablets (so don't contain anything
else).
this little mix is g'teed to sort out any pain for at least 3 hours, it
even stopped my pain when I had tooth ache (and that;s the worse)

Alternatively, go find some bloke and ask for some weed or hash, go
home, get stoned (either bake a cake or smoke), and you'll never know
you even had a tooth ache.

(NOT THAT I RECOMMEND DRUG USE, BUT FOR MEDICINAL PURPOSES CANNABIS
CANT BE BEATEN)
