I'd agree with most of your rant and would go so far as to suggest a
tax on McBurgers and the like, as the people who stuff them into their
kids gobs are always complaining that they can't afford fresh fruit
and veg.
As for fresh food taking a heap of time, I'd have to disagree, and
what time it does take can be a pleasure with a good glass of red at
hand ;-)
