WARNING RANT ALERT:

I hate the way people use the word DIET........ There's is NO possible
way to go ON A DIET.........

Everything you eat IS your diet, if you're fat and want to loose weight
then you simply CHANGE your diet. I think this is the problem with
people today, they think OK I want to loose weight so I'll GO ON A DIET,
which sounds SO like a temporary measure to simply loose the weight!!!!!
so what, you are going to GO ON THE DIET, loose the weight, and then go
back eating as you did and go back being a normal fat bastard again OMG

And as for people saying, I used this diet and it works.......... and oh
no don't do the Atkins, it's dangerous.......
Yeah, ok, the atkins is a bit of an odd one, BUT IF YOU FOLLOW WHAT IT
SAYS IN THE BOOK............it won't make you ill. These people that
just straight cut out the carbs permanately, or just stop for a month
and then binge on them, NO WONDER THEY ARE GETTING ILL...........
BUT, every one of these "diet" plans will not work for everyone. Peoples
bodies act differently to each food type, some people can just cut out
eating carrots, their body can process every other type of food with
storing up too much fat, they could eat loads of Big Macs, and there
body would just process it, but then if they were to eat carrots it
would just alter the chemical balance in their digestive system, and
they turn into a bloater.

One of the best ways to work out what a good diet is for you is to have
blood tests and urine test that tell the specialists what type of foods
your body can't process fully, what gets stored as fats and so on. There
is a specialised place in London that does these test in one day, and
people loose shit loads of weight,. and then maintain a body fat of
around 16% and BMI of about 19, which is spot on.

Plus, exercise, exercise, exercise, and where possible exercise some
more, but to be honest, with a perfect diet (and I mean diet not, loose
weight quick plan) normal walking around the shops, up-the-stairs etc
etc can be all some people need to do.
