No really that dodgy. Could be an account address? or maybe if he
purchased the names from a 'off-the-shelf' company then it may still be
register as their office. It could also be a management company. One of
my old companies helped people setup and run their businesses, advised
on what sort of company and so on. when I registered a LTD company for
them, we'd quite often leave the registered office address as ours, so
all the companies house paperwork would come to us, and then we could
take it to our client to help them complete it and so on......
