FN-FORUM: Problem with continuing threads

Hi all

Can someone help.

New to this forum but have posted a few replies without any problem,=20
well one reply of any note.
To this posting (earlier today) I received one reply. Thanks Kathy=20
(lists).
However, when I try to continue the thread, by simply selecting the=20
'reply' option at the top of my mail and sending my message,
all I get is a rejection message from FN Forum. As follows:

Hi

Your message to the Freelancers.net forum has been rejected
because the message format was not plain text.

The forum requires emails to be sent in plain text only.

Now I'm not very technically minded so can someone help me resolve this=20=

please.

I've tried removing any reference to others' email addresses (in case=20
this was the problem =96 my initial interpretation of 'plain text')
and I've made sure my preferences has plain text selected
but I still get a rejection.

I have Mac OSX and use its in-built Mail system
