It's a .mac account using Apple's in-built mail software. (I'm not=20
using Outlook)
I have gone into preferences and checked the plain text option and also=20=
the "reply in same message format as original" options. But to no avail
Thanks tho' for your reply.
Given the nature of the problem this may not reach the forum.
Here's hoping.
