Quicken UK 2000 deluxe has all the above, apart from (6) you might find a
copy on Ebay or some other source.

get a print to pdf driver for the pdf files.... and/or fineprint
pdffactory[1] to add virtual headed paper.

The latest versions of quicken are not nice IMHO.
