yep - he only went to Sydney at the beginning of this month - so it is
down to more than that. he has deliberately dodged every time i have
asked who it is that is meant to be trained.

unfortunately the whole thing has been a fairly casual affair and a
lesson for me.

very true. but the work is finished. the website is live - the only
outstanding item is this half day training - which i have no issues
with giving. but my quandary is that i have no confidence that i will
get paid even after doing this.

i called him up and sent a nice email after the New Year with the very
reason of getting outstanding issues resolved in a diplomatic way,
which were both rebuked.

upon finding out that he had gone to Oz for 3 mths i felt that was the
last resort and told his secretary that i was left with no option but
pull the site as the work hadn't been paid for.

the guy is just playing games - and i feel it is my only option now.
frankly i don't give a toss about the money any more - i'm happy to
revert the site to their old one and walk away from the job. but the
letter i received that touching the site would constitute criminal
damage surprised me today.

i will try one more time to resolve this amicably though. some mug am
i?
